Returns and exchanges of individual products are offered within 15 days of your original purchase date. After that time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Any item that is personalized cannot be returned. Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept any returns of edible products.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Subscription kits are not eligible for returns.


Contact for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually appear on your account within a few days, depending on your bank.


Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Be sure to manage your subscription and skip or cancel before your next renewal date cutoff date, which is 14 days prior to the next billing. Instructions on how to do this are noted in our Subscription Policy. We also email instructions to you on how to manage your account at the time of purchase.

If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout.

Subscriptions renew on the 15th each month for all future months. 

All cancellations or skips must be received 15 days prior to the next renewal date. 

Be sure to update your subscription status in your client account page before your next renewal date.

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can LOGIN to your account and click on the subscription you'd like to edit.

From here, you’ll be able to update payment methods or addresses, skip kits, and cancel.
