STEAM Curriculum Training
We want to ensure that your organization starts off on the right foot with implementation of the iCreate STEAM curriculum. We offer a variety of instructor-led and online learning opportunities to ensure your team is confident and ready to implement the iCreate STEAM curriculum.
Getting Started with iCreate STEAM curriculum: Initial Implementation Training (on-site delivery)
In this instructor-led session, we introduce you to the iCreate STEAM curriculum for the grade level that is appropriate to your school/teachers. We share the story on why iCreate was created and unpack the curriculum so educators can understand how to implement and use the materials throughout the year. This is a hands-on approach where educators will be engaging in project based learning and acting as the student. We share an overview of the interdisciplinary approach and each of the domains it addresses. This lesson is a full day. We also provide half day training to any new participants to the organization.
Ongoing/Follow Up Training
After initial implementation training, we recommend a series of follow-up training sessions. We will follow up with you to determine your needs and assess how the curriculum is being implemented and will recommend a plan that meets your needs.
